3. Digital Products & Purchases

All products sold on the Site are digital downloads (PDF ebooks). No physical product will be shipped. Purchases are processed and fulfilled through Gumroad, Inc., a third-party e-commerce platform. When you buy a product, you are also subject to Gumroad’s own Terms of Service for the checkout and payment process.

Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may change at any time without notice; the price you pay is the price displayed at the time of purchase.

4. License & Permitted Use

When you purchase an ebook, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the ebook for your own individual, non-commercial use. You may:

• Download and keep a personal copy of the ebook
• Read it on any of your own personal devices
• Print a copy for your personal use

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the ebook file with others
• Upload the ebook to file-sharing sites or public repositories
• Reproduce substantial portions of the content for commercial purposes
• Claim authorship of the content or remove copyright notices

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including ebook text, cover designs, graphics, and the ClarityShelf name and branding, is owned by ClarityShelf or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

6. Refunds
